A Korean BBQ in the Park
During the last year, many of our family traditions have been placed on pause. Christmas 2021, was such an occasion! With 70 degree weather on Christmas Day, we carried the holiday meal to an outdoor pavilion at one of the Georgia State parks. We brought out the holiday tablecloth, the Korean electric grill, and all of the accoutrements to make Christmas 2021 one of the most exciting, delicious, and unexpected Christmases we’ve experienced! Delectable aromas wafted through the air, as the sun glistened on the lake, and we waited patiently for food to come off the grill.
Challenges teach us to be resourceful. They also remind us to be grateful. Cheers to Christmas 2021!!!
